Fantastic experience dealing with John at Ideal Cars Sussex. Very friendly, no hard sell and keen to answer all our questions. We spotted something wrong with the rear window 2 days after purchase, John was genuinely unaware and offered straight away to have it repaired for us. I am not always confident navigating the second-hand car business but here I found someone whom I genuinely trust. Thank you, John!

Great service from start to finish from John at Ideal Cars. It was a pleasure doing business with him. The car was better than expected and it was valeted to a high standard upon collection. I trusted him to come all the way from Manchester to collect the car and it was well worth it. I couldn’t recommend ideal cars enough! Do not hesitate to buy from them. I had a great experience and my sister is loving the car!!!

Reassuring and efficient

I was extremely nervous about reserving and ordering a car online but as the cars closer to home were disappearing in a blink of an eye when I found them, I had to extend my search to UK wide. John was hugely reassuring throughout the process and at my request, even arranged delivery of the vehicle. I am aware of how much fraud is ongoing at the moment and have been on the receiving end myself when it has come to my own car I was selling. When I had concerns about the green slip missing for the new car so I could register and tax the vehicle, he responded to my worries late at night and immediately contacted me first thing the following morning with a plan to do it all online for me, ensuring that I had everything I needed and putting my worries aside. Thank you John for your help; I really did appreciate it. Thank you, Trevor, for delivering the vehicle to Cardiff!

Just goes to show!

I was slightly worried to start with as we viewed the car in a small nursery garden which seemed a little strange. However John was very understanding and is a most amiable guy. The car was immaculate and he was very helpful re all the paperwork etc. We drove away - a very happy pair of bunnies!

Smooth transaction & great bargain

I would highly recommend Ideal Cars Sussex to anyone. Car dealers can be a pain to deal with but it was a real pleasure with Ideal Cars. These guys never applied any pressure and was always honest and they spared no expense in making sure the car was in the best condition for sale. They're also not greedy - I got a real bargain.
